Steps

1. Open the official e-EPIC download page from ECI’s Voters’ Services Portal. Check the address bar before entering any details.
2. Follow the portal’s current sign-in or search flow. Enter information only on the ECI page and never share an OTP with another person.
3. Complete any verification shown by the service and use its download action if your record is available.
4. Save the file in a private place. If the service cannot find your record, check the electoral roll and use the official support route.

• Using a lookalike site or giving an OTP to someone who offers to download the card.
• Assuming an e-EPIC download changes or creates a roll entry.
